What time is check in/check out?
Check in is every Saturday at 3pm. Check out is every Saturday at 11am.
Do all the Cottages have Internet service?
Yes, there is high speed internet hook up at the Cottages but you will have to bring your own computer.
Will there be TV and DVD at the Cottages?
The Cottages do not have cable television but there is a TV set and a DVD player in all the cottages. There is also a stereo.
Can we bring our pets?
We do allow house trained pets in one of our rental Cottages. There is an extra $49.95 house keeping charge and you must be responsible for clean up and control of your pet as a consideration to our other guests. We do require aggressive dogs to be on leashes when outside of your Cottage.
Do the Cottages have barbeques?
Yes, all of our Cottages have barbeques however the barbeques are only allowed on the patios, not on the decks.
Are we allowed to build a camp fire?
Yes, camp fires are allowed on the beach areas subject to regional closures. You can contact our local fire station at 250-768-5616 to find out if there are any fire bans during the time of your stay.
Do the Cottages have air conditioning?
No, the Cottages do not have air conditioning, but they stay quite cool in the summer due to the natural breeze and shade from the trees.
Do the Cottages have heat?
Yes, the Cottages have electric heat and an electric fireplace.
Are there any restaurants or stores nearby?
Lake Okanagan Resort is about 5 km from the Cottages and it has a restaurant and a store. La Casa is about an 8 minute drive from the Cottages and it also has a restaurant and a store.
Do we have to bring our own food and supplies to the Cottages?
The Cottages have a full kitchen but food and drink are not supplied.
Is there a common beach at the Cottages?
There is a small rocky common beach by the waterfall but each Cottage has its own waterfront property.
Where is the nearest boat launch?
Lake Okanagan Resort is about 5km from the Cottages and there is a boat launch there. The Cottages has extra parking for your trailer.
Do you allow smoking in any of the Cottages?
No, all of our rental Cottages are non-smoking.
